John is our WonderHill Director of Customer Care, a California native and has been working in the digital and social media space for more than 10 years. He comes from companies such as CyberGold/ MyPoints, RealNetworks, Tickle, and Friendster where he was responsible to building Customer Care operations centers. He has a passion for cars, home improvement, food and working with incredibly talented people.
